The protection of your personal data is our special concern. This is why we process your data on the sole basis of legal provisions (GDPR, TKG (German Telecommunications Act) 2003). We are using this data protection information to inform you of the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website.

Contacting us
If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, we will store the data you supply for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case there should be any follow-up inquiries. We will not pass on these data without your agreement.

Data storage
We point out that for the purpose of a simplified purchase procedure and for the future drawing up of a contract by the webshop operator, as part of the use of cookies, the IP data of the connection owner are stored as well as the name and address of the purchaser. In addition, your order data are also stored for the purpose of drawing up a contract. The data you have made available are required for the performance of the contract or respectively for the performance of pre-contractual measures. Without these data, we will be unable to conclude the contract with you. There will be no transfer of data to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the banking institutions / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting of the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company for supplying the goods, and to our tax accountant for fulfilling our legal tax duties. After cancellation of the purchasing procedure the data stored with us will be deleted. In the event of the conclusion of a contract, all data arising from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory period of storage (7 years). The data items name, address, goods purchased and date of purchase will in addition be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). Data processing will be carried out according to the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG together with Art. 6 para.1 letter a (agreement) and/or letter b (required for performance of the contract) of the GDPR.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offering more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit. You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this purpose, we require your e-mail address and a statement that you agree to receive the newsletter. Your rights
You are entitled to the right be informed, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restrict processing, right to data portability and the right to object. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection laws or that your data protection rights have been otherwise infringed, you can make a complaint to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority.
